T&C.
1. Introduction.
AmKon's on-line services are provided to all Amkon members to interact with each other in anyway they see fit via live chat and electronic bulletin boards.
General questions, comments or complaints ought to be filed under "Fuck Off, we don't care".
If you discover a posting which violates these terms then you've done pretty fucking well.
2. Forums & Interactive Area's.
AmKon's on-line services include discussion forums and a chat feature, you can do and say pretty much as you please.
By using any forum interactive area you agree not to do any of the following.
(a) Don't annoy me or the other admin's with whiny petulant shit.
By using any forum interactive area you DO agree to do any of the following.
(a) Upload to, distribute or otherwise publish through this Web site any message, data, information, text or other material ("Content") that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable; (We do however expect, and will deal with as we see fit, any posting of gore or pron that is not contained within 'spoiler tags').
Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
3. Enforcement.
AmKon probably won't investigate any reported violation of its policies or complaints and take any action. Such non-action may include, but is not limited to, not issuing warnings, suspension's or termination of service, and/or removal of posted Content. AmKon reserves the right and has absolute discretion, to not remove, screen or edit any Content that is objectionable.
4. Indemnification.
You are responsible for the shit you post.
5. Hyperlinks and Other Materials.
Use ofAmKon's On-line Services and any materials obtained therefrom is strictly at your own risk. AmKon takes no responsibility (or really gives a shit) and assumes no liability for any Content posted or uploaded by you or any third-party, or for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography (send pictures to administrators for vetting) or profanity you may encounter. As a provider of interactive services, AmKon is not liable for any statements, representations, or Content provided by its users in any forum or interactive area (but we will probably keep the porn).
AmKon makes no claim or representation regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of Web sites or other materials accessible from or through AmKon'ss On-line Services by hyperlink or other method. These linked sites are not under the control of AmKon and AmKon is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any review, changes or updates to such sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or adoption by AmKon of the site or any information contained therein.
Basically don't click on links to anything or you will probably end up with Herpes.
6. Software.
6a.) Don't fuck around with shit or it might blow up except....see 6b.
6b.) Regular scheduled data evaporation events (commonly referred to as Apeci's) are the responsibility, and at the discretion, of administration.
7. Posting.
You will not knowingly post false information as the truth unless you are John Lear or Mike Singh. You won't use information obtained, or gathered from this website to harass, abuse, or harm others unless you are an Administrator
7a.) No pornography, or illegal images or content posted unless it has cupcakes or uses the [spoiler] tag. Use the fucking tags that are supplied for quotes and offsite content because most of us couldn't be fucked trying to decipher what you are saying and what someone else might have said.
7b.) Intellectual Property: You will provide proper attribution to the original source of all copyrighted material, and/or authors of copyrighted material unless they are assholes and the stuff they wrote is complete bullshit, in which case it's probably not worth posting anyway, except for shits and giggles.
7c.) Recruitment, or Solicitation: Go to as many forums as possible and solicit or recruit as many people as you can, just don't do it here because we are hypocrites.
7d.) Forums: post within forum topic outlines ie, none.
7e.) Spamming: Don't Spam, we are all old enough to figure out what that means. It's canned meat.
7f.) Termination: Ummmm...we don't ban or terminate accounts, i mean we have in the past, but we really don't want to. Everyone that's ever been banned has been allowed back, except that schizo beaver chick and her cohorts. So i wouldn't worry too much about this rule.
7g.) Amkon and its janitors (Admin/s) reserve the right to move shit you post from one file to another file if we deem it unsuitable for the file you posted it in. If you don’t like it see rule 14.
8. Behaviour.
Respect is earn't, not only by the members but by the forum staff and administrators.
8a.) No forum gangs....that i haven't been invited to join.
8b.) Illicit activity: Post in the Secret Forum. (It isn't really secret anymore because a bunch of people got their knickers in a twist about it, so dont post illegal shit unless you don't care if you get caught, in which case your a fucking idiot).
8c.) Board Wars: Take screen shots and post here so we can all have a laugh.
8d.) No editing of Moderator, or administration revisions unless it's a really funny edit.
8e.) No masturbating other members, unless a sketch or photo is taken.
9. Disclaimer.

10. Limitation of Liability.

12. Modifications and Amendments.
Pack hp and skunk will probably change shit around all the time, don't get too comfortable.
13. Termination.
Don't know why this has to be here twice, i've already said that you probably won't get terminated or banned for any reason aside from posting cp.
14. Severability.
You can take any or all of these rules apart and apply them in any order or ignore them and they shall be replaced with the "Fuck Off" rule.
