Ty, Bliv!!!

And GF, the dog...( I had 2 dogs up until a month ago when i lost one ), he is just completely a part of the family. He is usually the most gentle giant, he never hurts another animal or child BUT he would act upon and is extremely wary of strangers who come on the property and he will protect at the drop of a hat, if he felt the need to. He's very very well trained though and it's amazing how smart they are, they just know. he knows the difference between when someone he doesn't know comes around and is welcome and when someone comes around who is a stranger and isn't welcome.

And people should be more like dogs, we can learn a lot from them on loyalty and faithfulness and how to love.

I fucking love dogs.

if you treat them right any dog will be the best friend you could ever have.

the more pecker heads like BE i meet in this world, the more i prefer the company of dogs.

dogs only have useful dogs in a pack. and every dog knows its place.
if your bad for the pack and a dead weight (like BE is sometimes) you would have been forced out on your own in the cold to fend for yourself long ago BE.

i once had a bi-colour shep (all black with brown eyebrows, chest mark etc like a rotty or dobie' ) and she could get over a 6ft high corrugated iron fence like that!

she also used to ride on the fuel tank of my motorbike. sabbath loved doing that around the block or two

Oh Sabbath is an awesome name for a dog!!!

We take our dog into the mountains with us and we usually take quads (atv's) or the horses...but when we take quads and the dog gets tired of running with us, he hops up behind me on the quad and just sits and enjoys the ride .

so he lays on the racks at the rear?

she was called sabbath (beth as i called her) coz i got her on a sunday, she was black (black sabbath) and i always said she'd never give me a day of rest (sabbath = "sunday, a day of rest" )

lol that's awesome!

And yep, he lays on the racks at the rear but we modified it a bit, because he's so huge....we put on a different type of rack and then we put his soft pad down on it and it also has a bit of a ledge around it so he can brace himself against it. He's quite happy to stay there and ride like that with me.
