Just watched this trailer (took me long enough, I refused to watch it for the longest time). Its supposed to be based off case studies and whatnot.

I found it rather... unnerving. And that god damn owl... Can't say I've seen owls, but I've seen other things that they "change" into (read: 4-5 foot fucking squirrel, with the fucking EYES)

And the 3:33, Holy fuck, its like... I've had moments where I wake up from some god-forsaken "nightmare", and It's 3:33 AM on the dot. Creepy.

So yeah, check out that trailer! I think I'm going to see it, even though It'll prolly scar me. Oh well, the price I pay lol.

Well for me... they stopped coming about ehhh I'd say about a year and a half ago.... and my perspective on the whole thing started to change a lot. I basically state right here and now that if aliens are visiting you and letting your remember their face and you feel helpless or you feel caged or inferior in some way.... I think they will stop if you seriously examine yourself and you ask yourself why there is this overwhelming fear of the "strange"? Once you accept the strange things within your own mind, there's only so much power an abduction can have over you.

How many times have I been asked what kind of stuff it is that I am smoking after I comment in some unorthodox way? Why do I have to be smoking anything? Why must I respond in an orthodox way? Not saying it offends me at all! Just as an example. If you have to ask yourself "what's wrong" with a certain situation you deem "out of the ordinary", you aren't looking at it in a very healthy manner. What's right with it? What, underneath all that terror and strageness, could be the lesson? Someone accused me once of looking to deeply into everything. I accuse them of being too superficial and not considering ALL possibilities.

This is just the dark abyss of our minds manifesting in conscious awareness. To some, they see ghosts and demons. Others see aliens and monsters. Even others see themselves looking back at them, and they get very scared because they haven't looked themselves square in the eye for a long time.

It is something to seriously consider. Every event in your life is something to analyze from every possible angle. It's there, waiting for YOU to understand it. Not the other way around. It's all too easy to feign ignorance, when the power of knowledge of YOUR OWN LIFE lies right within you.

No matter how painful or devastating to your current paradign deep self-analysis can get... I'd rather know myself, even if it means certain doom.
Life is not as clear cut as it seems. I cannot stress enough the value of shutting off all your gadgetry, resisting the temptation to swim with the rest of the fishes for a while, and really diving down deep into your subconscious mind for a while.

It is amazing how familiar the aliens become suddenly.

If you don't face your deep unconscious mind yourself, it will surface and face you. Considering the collective oppression of the subconscious mind and all it's creepy little manifestations... I believe reality as we know it is in for quite the carnival ride here soon.

I very rarely have nightmares anymore. The aliens, angels, and demons that used to scare me at my windows have now joined me in my dreams and have either become allies or respected foes, and what used to frighten me awake is now just another dreamy and unique experience.

My next big feat will be to conjure those allies up into conscious reality so they can help me save the universe.

I haven't had much... well, fearful experiences... except this year. Its been bad. My dreams of "the end", and then recently with some of the nightmares... 2009 is not a good year for me. I'm usually not this scared!

I've fought them back... one of the only few I know who've done so.. had a little help though. Years ago I had my story online.. started a group called eaglenet (http://toddjumper.com/eaglenet) which at its peak had around 300 members and a large bbs similar to this.. I kinda strayed away on to better things as too many spooks and negative people creeped into my life.

Have not had any problems in years after going to a medium- whatever was attached to me was removed from my energy body. We both then saw a shadow flee the room - freaked us both out.

Without revealing too much, I'll say that I liked how they put the actual footage beside the actors footage together. Mila did a good job portraying the doc.

I figured it's been out for awhile, and folks probably seen it by now. What I mentioned ^^^ was only a very tiny portion of the flick. The rest is um...well...you all need to see.

@ Lex: I didn't say that I believed it at all. Like everything else, it's taken with a grain of salt. I enjoyed it as far as mystery/suspense/sci-fi goes, but it leaves the viewer with more questions than it started out from.
