just something I was wondering.
In what way have conspiracies and conspiracy 'theories' changed/effected your life?
Have they changed the way you view things? Have they encouraged you to think or act?

Hmm......
Very deep question.
Government.
I no longer believe it's "by the people,
for the people".
It's become "by the politicos, for the
politicos".
I've become "for Lex, fuck the rest".
Harsh, but true.
Hiding technology from the public.
Since I saw one of the "floaters" up
close in the late eighties, I know
the tech is being repressed.
Why ? No idea. I don't think the
govt. as a whole is involved.
I just feel lucky to be able to do the
things I love.
Pull wrenches and tantalize dancers.
Maybe not in that order. :)

Lex
I guess im not as trusting anymore as perhaps i might have been 3 or 4 years ago. I certainly question the motives of those in power more than i would have back then.
I look deeper into seemingly meaningless unrelated issues more than i used too.
I tell friends things that i wouldnt have a few years ago and i dont care if they believe me or not, at least it's "out there".
i look for black vans in the rear vision a lot more than i used to.

I have access to a black van.
Should I bring that with me when I migrate? I could follow you around and lend credence to your suspicions.
hehe

I used to go in for just about every conspiracy theory around. Then I started doing critical thinking and became a skeptic.
I think that the main effect all the theorizing has had on me (at the other site) was to make me a bigger skeptic and look at every claim extremely critically, rather than just going along with it because it sounds good.
So, you could say, conspiracy theories have made me a stronger skeptic.

Before I ever got into conspiracy theory, I knew something was wrong with the world. Like the real powers that be are somewhat controling all sides to the problem.
When I grew up I was very much into science, and history. And much of what I learned made sense. But then agin, there was something out of place. I didnt know what it was. OR who "they" or "them" where.
Now today I understand its something like a beast, with hundrends of arms, mouths, and eyes. You can not blame one group or person of these deeds. As most that serve these people, feel they are doing the right thing in life. Even the president honestly feels, we live in a safer world.
His masters have trained him to think this way. And they are training everyone else..
When most of us go threw this process we do not go well with the programming, and end up on a message board trying to wake people up!
Some are not ready to be unplugged presay, and some people never will.. THis changed my life for the better! Tho all good things have a point of neg energy attached to it.
If you can deal with the harsh rules of this world, I recomend learning as much as you can while you are here. Or maybe I am just feeding them by promoting thought, and energy use..
This goes so far, that its mind blowing! You get to the outer reaches of ones parameters with this question..
IT just depends how far down the rabit hole you wanna go...

I have always been interested in weird stuff.Even as a little girl, I was reading about Bigfoot, or ghosts or ESP. Much to my mothers dismay.
I used to take everything I read as fact. Not so now.
I read ten times more than I ever have.I learn.I cross reference.
I shake my head at some of the stuff out there more often than not.
One thing..
I REFUSE TO BE A SHEEP. They can send all the dogs after me they like.
I will always act in spite of fear. :rifle:
